Unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and a refund will be issued. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us however, will not be refunded.
Please note that returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
- Merchandise is returned after 30 days
- Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturer's condition
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons so for these products, please make your selections carefully.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to Sweet Fragrance Buys using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by Sweet Fragrance Buys and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
Damaged Merchandise:
If merchandise is received in a damaged condition, please return to Sweet Fragrance Buys. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to Sweet Fragrance Buys marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Cancellations:
